MANILA, Philippines — Parts of the Visayas and Mindanao could have scattered rain on Sunday because of the intertropical convergence zone, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported.

“Asahan po natin itong Eastern at Central Visayas ay makakaranas pa rin po ng mga kalat-kalat na pag-ulan dulot po ‘yan ng intertropical convergence zone,” Pagasa climate specialist Samuel Duran stated.
